  1.  frequent mouth breathing
  2.  breathing with your upper chest
  3.  shoulders moving up and down
  4.  irregular breathing, holding then rapid breaths
  5.  frequent sighing and yawning
  6.  holding the tummy in
  7.  slumped posture with head forward
  8.  taking in big breaths through the mouth when speaking
  9.  noisy breathing while sitting still
  10.  snoring
  11.  dry mouth in the morning
